I just wanted to say Happy Mother's Day to all of you who are mommies, whether you have little ones at home or older children who are out on their own. God has given us all the gift of motherhood and has supplied us with all that we need to accomplish this sometimes daunting task. But how awesome is it when that child of yours looks at you and says, "I love you mom!" or "you're the best mommy ever!" even when you know you just lost your cool or didn't take enough time to play with them. It's that unconditional love that is so amazing and children seem to know and understand it well. They don't care what you just did, they just know that they love you.
How precious and beautiful a job we have been given. I pray that you all will enjoy your families today and take the time to truly appreciate the gift of motherhood.
"Behold, children are a heritage form the Lord, The fruit of the womb is a reward.
Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, so are the children of ones youth. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them..."
Have a blessed day and enjoy being called "MOM",
Melanie

Melanie,
Happy Mother's Day to you too. Thanks for sharing the website link for moms. Even though I don't have a little one at home anymore (my daughter is now 22) the newsletter still had some uplifting and useful information.
Sonja
